Setup guide

Five steps, no technical knowledge needed. The app is coming soon to Google Play.

1. Station

   Put an Android tablet in the kitchen or at the bar, on its charger. Open PassBell, choose “Station” and answer a few questions (type of business, station name). On a computer, open the station page in Chrome or Edge.

2. Wi-Fi

   Connect the station and the phones to the same Wi-Fi, not the guest network. No internet needed.

3. Team

   The station shows a QR code. Each person opens PassBell on their phone and scans it once. Their name appears straight away in the station's list.

4. Phone check

   On the “Check” tab, each person taps “Fix” on anything red: notifications and battery. The app shows the steps for their phone brand.

5. Test

   Make the test call to everyone. The phones should ring and the watches buzz. For a voice message, hold a name and speak.
